2Promotion period
Entries open 4 AM EDT on 17 August 2026 and close 10 AM EDT on 13 September 2026 ("the Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not valid.
3Who may enter
Entry is open worldwide to anyone aged 18 years or over.
4How to enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Complete the entry form at us.happystaffyco.com/pages/giveaway with your name, email address and your dog's details.
Adding a photo or video of your dog is optional. It is not required to enter, to receive the entry credit under clause 5, or to be included in the weekly draws under clause 7. It is required to be considered for the grand prize under clause 6.
5Entry credit — every entrant
Every valid entrant receives a store credit of $10 USD issued as a single-use discount code.
- No minimum spend applies.
- Valid until 11:59pm EDT on 31 October 2026.
- One per person. Not transferable, not redeemable for cash, not redeemable if expired.
6Grand prize — A$5,000 cash
One grand prize of A$5,000 AUD cash will be awarded to the entrant who, in the opinion of the judges, submits the best entry.
How the grand prize is judged. Entries are assessed on the photograph or video submitted together with the accompanying description, on the basis of originality, character and how well the entry tells the story of the dog.
There is no requirement that a dog be destructive, energetic, large, small or of any particular breed or temperament. A gentle dog is judged on exactly the same basis as any other. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the grand prize winner.
Judging takes place at the Promoter's address on 14 September 2026. The judges are Tom Wescott and Molly Wescott.
The winner will be contacted by phone during a live broadcast on the Promoter's social media channels. The Promoter will announce the date and time of that broadcast in advance via social media and email, so entrants can be ready to answer. Entrants should ensure the mobile number provided is reachable at that time.
The Promoter will make up to three (3) attempts to reach the winner by phone during that broadcast. If the winner does not answer within those three attempts, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter will select an alternate winner during the same broadcast.
By entering, you consent to your phone call, first name and dog's name being recorded and broadcast live on the Promoter's social media channels.
7Weekly prizes
Four weekly draws will be conducted during the Promotion Period. In each draw, ten prizes are awarded:
- Five prizes of a full refund of the winner's Happy Staffy Co order of any value chosen at random.
- Five prizes of a Happy Staffy Co toy bundle approximate retail value A$109
Forty weekly prizes are awarded in total. Draws take place at the Promoter's address weekly on a Friday. Entries remain in the pool for every subsequent weekly draw. An entrant may win only one weekly prize.
8How weekly winners are selected
Weekly winners are selected by the Promoter at its discretion. The Promoter may use any reasonable method of selection, which may include random selection, public voting on entries via the Promoter's social media channels, or a combination of methods. The method applied to any particular prize is determined by the Promoter and the Promoter's decision is final.
Winners are notified by email and their first name and dog's name may be shared on social media.
9Runner-up product prizes
At the conclusion of the Promotion Period the Promoter will award Happy Staffy Co product prizes to entrants. Each runner-up prize is one (1) Happy Staffy Co toy with an approximate retail value of A$34.95.
Recipients are selected at random from eligible entries and notified by email. The claim window is stated in that notification email. Prizes not claimed within that window are forfeited and no substitute is offered.
To claim a runner-up prize, the recipient must place an order for at least one other Happy Staffy Co product and pay the applicable shipping cost. The toy itself is provided at no charge; the accompanying product and shipping are payable by the recipient.
10Claiming a prize
Where a prize is not claimed within the stated claim window, or where the Promoter is unable to contact a winner using the details supplied within 7 days, the prize is forfeited. The Promoter may redraw or reallocate a forfeited prize at its discretion.
This clause does not apply to the A$5,000 grand prize. That prize is subject to the notification and forfeit process set out in clause 6, under which the winner must answer the Promoter's phone call during the live broadcast. Where clause 6 and this clause differ, clause 6 applies.
11Total prize pool
The maximum total value of prizes, products and credits available under this Promotion is A$405,450, made up as follows:

All values are in Australian dollars and are stated at recommended retail value. The value actually awarded depends on the number of valid entries received and the number of vouchers awarded and weekly prizes given.
12Entry limits and disqualification
One entry per person. Where the Promoter identifies multiple entries from the same person, whether by email address, contact details or payment details, those entries will be consolidated into a single entry.
The Promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, submitted on behalf of another person, or made using content the entrant does not own or have permission to use.
13Photos you send us
If you send us a photo or video, you're confirming it's yours to share.
You're also giving us permission to use it in connection with this giveaway and in our own marketing — on our website, in our emails, and in our social posts and ads — including cropping or resizing it to fit. We don't pay for entries used this way, and we won't sell your photo or pass it on to anyone else.
14Publicity
Winners agree that their first name, their dog's name, their state or region, and any content they submitted may be published by the Promoter in connection with announcing the results.
15Privacy
Personal information collected is used to conduct the Promotion, to contact entrants about it, and for future marketing. It is handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy at happystaffyco.com.
16General
- Prizes are not transferable and not exchangeable for cash except where stated.
- The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where a prize becomes unavailable.
- The Promoter is not liable for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for technical reasons.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent legislation.
- The Promoter's decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into, except in relation to the grand prize where the judging criteria in clause 6 apply.
- The Promoter may amend these terms where necessary to conduct the Promotion, and will publish any amendment on the Promotion page.
